Cookie Cutter Halloween Card, Drapery Fold Technique

Finally a chance to play with my Halloween stamp set "Cookie Cutter Halloween." I have been busy with so many other projects that I have not been able to devote as much time to this fun set as I wished to.  But that's pretty true for many of the stamp sets I have, sad to say.

For this card I used the Drapery Fold technique. You can find that technique here.   It's very easy and fun to do. I LOVE the looks of it, plus I love that little space it creates at the bottom for words or an image. I used the "Happy Halloween" from the "Teeny Tiny Wishes" set.  A go to set for me!

I stamped the vampire and colored him in. I also stamped him on a piece of decorative paper and cut out the vest and taped it in place.  I added a few extra dots using Old Olive so I could tie the Old Olive color in with the card.

I used a piece of the "Halloween Nights" Washi tape on the top part of the card. I thought it could use a bit more color there.

I taped the vampire on a die cut Pumpkin Pie colored oval.  The oval was set in place using Dimensionals.

This is a very fun and easy card to make.

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
