A Wetlands Masculine Birthday Card

Today I am going to share with you one of the cards I made at Terri's VERY fun Technique Tuesday nights.  The technique used here is the "Shaker Card".  I had not done one of those in a long time and it was a fun refresher class to take. Plus Stampin' Up! has that new "Foam Adhesive Strips" package. Those strips are nice, they bend so you can form the circles you need.

The tree embossing folder was used here and I'm not sure what set the bird is from (obviously I don't own it or I'd know - well, that may not always be true either, I don't know what I own until I look! I looked, I don't own it!).  The words are from the "Wetlands" set.  I use those words often. I like the two different fonts on it and I LOVE the size of it.  It's my go to set for Happy Birthday wording.

This was a fun technique to do.  Yesterday I posted the card I made for the swap. You can see that card here. There you will also find instructions on how you can make your own.

Today's card was made by Mary.  I LOVE it when I receive masculine cards.  This one is perfect!!!

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
