A Gift of Love, Flourishing Phrases and Papillon Potpourri Friendship Card

I found this fun card on the internet.  I had most of the stuff to make it, so I thought I'd give it a try. I loved the layout and I think that is want attracted me to this card.  I did change it a little. I didn't have the same words and I added a butterfly instead of a bow.  You can see the original card here at "Beth's Fancy Stamping."
For this card you need a folded half sheet of Blushing Bride.  Then a 1/4 piece of Whisper White cut down to 4" x 5-1/4".  I used the lacy looking border from the "Flourish" thinlits.  The border is not long enough to go across the card. I cut it and hid the space under the focal panel.

The flower is from the "Gift of Love" Hostess set.  It's a two step stamping set.  What that means is you don't need to color.  Just stamp the outline part and then add the color using the other coordinating stamps in the set.  I have the clear set (I'm not sure if that's the only way it comes) and you can see through the clear block to know exactly where you are going to add the second step. And you don't need a Stamp-a-ma-jig to do it!!

The words are from the "Flourishing Phrases" set.  I took a sharpie marker and added some soft pink to the pearls to give them some color.  I set the focal panel, the word circles and the butterfly in place using Dimensionals.

I thought it was fun layout to play with and I do like how it turned out.

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
