Blissful Bouquet Paper Pumpkins Birthday Card

Well, it was bugging me having these fun flower images and not using them again.  SO I thought I would ship up a birthday card with that cute little set.   I got out the large flower and I just went from there!!

I stamped the flower image and then the stem along with the leaves. I wished I would have stamped one of the leaves further up the stem than I did, but oh well, what's done is done!

I colored the flower in using the Daffodil Delight marker. I used Melon Mambo on the dots in the things coming out of the center of the flower but it doesn't show up because I used glue and Dazzling Diamonds glitter (which doesn't show up in the photo).  I colored the leaves in using the Pear Pizzazz marker.   Once I got done coloring I trimmed up the piece.  It measures 4" x 1-3/4".  I added a Bermuda Bay layer behind it.

The base of my card is Bermuda Bay.  The decorative paper is from the "Cherry on Top" 6" x 6" decorative paper pack.  I cut it 2" x 3-1/2" and then layered it.

The background was stamped using the three tiny little adorable flower images from the "Blissful Bouquet" set. After I covered the background I set it in place on the card base.  I layered the "Cherry on Top" piece and then the flower.

The words are from the "Wetlands" set.  The flower and the words were set in place using Dimensionals.

I had fun playing with these images.  I may make another card in a few days (if time permits).

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
