A Home for Christmas and Petite Pairs Christmas Card

The only stamping on this card is the words!!  Is that a good thing or not?  I guess it depends on how much work the other elements of the card are!  This one has a little bit of work.  The worst was the fussy cutting on the reindeer but it wasn't bad.  I usually have the tv on in my workroom so I cut away without too much complaining!  Now if I were to have to make a lot of these, I might complain!! LOL  I LOVE the face on this little reindeer! It's just too darn cute!!

I used the "Merry Moments" paper stack for the background on the Cherry Cobbler.  And I used Mossy Meadow for the green accent.

I punched a 2-1/2" Whisper White circle.  The blue snow falling circle is from a sheet of decorative paper from the "Home for Christmas" paper pack.

I used the "Corner Flip" technique on this card.  You can find the instructions for this technique here.  I like this technique, it's fun and I love the look of it when it's all done. A helpful tip here is to make sure you cut your cardstock slowly.  I tend to over cut but it doesn't show, it's on the other side.  Well, it does show on that side but it's okay, it's a handmade card!!!

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda

  2. The Reindeer is cut from the Home for Christmas paper pack. There's cute reindeer and Santa's in there to cut out, or punch out.
