A Bloom with Hope Birthday Card

Actually it's a "Bloom with Hope" birthday cards!!  I had to make two. My sister-in-laws are twins so they both get the same everything.  It's how it's always been, so who am I to come along and mess with tradition???

I found a fun card on the net and I really wanted to make it because I got to use the "Circle Card" Thinlits Die.  I have not made a card using that die in a VERY long time. And it's not because I don't like the Thinlit, it's because I just have too many stamp sets to use and I when you have too many things to play with, some things get ignored or forgotten!  I found the card on Pinterest.  You can see it here.  The original creator of this card is Linda at Linda's Stampin Escape.

I used  Bermuda Bay for the base of my card and for the ink.  I also used a blender pen to color in the flowers.  Daffodil Delight was used in the flower centers and the stems are colored in with Old Olive.

The decorative paper is from the "Lullaby" pack.  It's such a sweet looking pack.  So many soft colors.  I thought the "V" shaped images looked like hearts so I ran with that for my card.

On the inside I used the "Petite Pairs" for the wording.  I punched them out using the 1-1/4" circle punch.  The Bermuda Bay circle was punched out using the 2" punch and the Whisper White circle was punched out using the 2-3/8" circle punch.

I just taped everything together and it was done.  These cards are such a fun card to make and to give away!   Now to get them in envelopes and ready to deliver tomorrow on their birthdays!

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
