A Bloom With Hope Birthday

Okay, so I not only used the same stamp set as yesterday I also decided to do another multi-layer card.

Today I used Calypso Coral for my color.  I colored in the flowers using the Calypso Coral marker and a blender pen.  The leaves and stem were colored in using the Old Olive marker.

I also used the Calypso Coral decorative paper from the 12 x 12 paper stack.  I don't use those packs enough and I should.  I still have a lot of paper left by the time the colors expire.  I'm not all that thrilled with the second layer print. It's kind of hard on the eyes.  That is why I chose it for that layer, I was able to cover up a lot of it.

And another thing different about my card and they way I make cards.  I don't think I have ever centered the greeting as much as I have done here.  It's usually off to one side or the other, but mostly on the bottom left.  But here's it's almost dead center. I like it but it's not how I usually add my wording!

This was a very fun card to make and I was glad I had time to play with all those layers.  The flower layer was set in place using Dimensionals.  The words were too but the Dimensionals were only added to the left side of the scalloped circle and tape was added to the right so it would lay flat on the card.

I do thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
