An Off the Grid Gorgeous Grunge Birthday Card

I'm really sad that the Off the Grid image is retiring.  It was such a fun one to play with, especially to make masculine cards.  I am going to play with it a few more times before it retires.  And I may even hang onto it for a while after it retires just because I like it so much.  It's a new stamp, I'm surprised it's retiring so soon.

I'm SO glad Gorgeous Grunge isn't retiring.  I LOVE the dotted image.  It gives the card a nice splash of dots just where you need them.  It gives the card a bit of color in blah spots. Without it here the card would be pretty empty and boring looking in the center and corners.

I used several stamps and punches to make this card.  Of course the Gorgeous Grunge and Off the Grid as I had mentioned above.  The Petite Petals and matching punch.  Flower Shop and matching punch and the Mixed Bunch and matching punch.  Interesting observation here.  Those three sets with matching punches are not retiring!  I though Mixed Bunch might but I was wrong.  Oh and the words are from the Simply Sketched hostess set (which of course is retiring).

The colors I used here are Whisper White, Melon Mambo and Pistachio Pudding.

The flowers were taped together and the last layer has Dimensionals behind it and the wording was set in place using Dimensionals too.

This was a fun and pretty quick card to make since everything is punched out.  No hand "fussy" cutting!

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
