Snow Much Fun Wednesday Sketch Challenge

I really LOVE this layout but i am not so thrilled at what I did with it.  My intentions were to flip the sketch but as I was putting it together it didn't get flipped and the card now opens on the left side!!! UGH!!! So out comes the dental floss and it will be fixed but it's the whole concept that I just wasn't paying attention.

Anyway, I really do love this layout but my card needs a bit more of a punch with it.  I don't like the snowman where it is.  Perhaps I should have stuck with something that was the shape of the #4 panel.  Something that would have fit within that space instead of cutting out something that reached outside the area.

I am thinking of giving this layout another try using a whole different theme.  But not today!!!  I have a bazillion (which really is a word) things to do today!

Head on over to SplitCoastStampers and have a look at the cards that have been made using this sketch.  I love what I see and want to copy some of them and it makes me want to redo the sketch!!

This was the first time I had used this set.  I bought it way back with the catalog pre-order!  I think it was one of the first sets on my list.  I LOVE snowmen and I usually have one on my Christmas card every year.

If you have time, play with this layout!!!  Have some fun with it!

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda

Well, I have to say that your card is adorable. I love the layout, and how you interpreted it. And I really like how you used the two snowflake embossing folders. Anyone would be thrilled to find this card in their mailbox! We've all ended up with a card that opens the wrong way, at one time or another. Isn't it great that dental floss will fix the problem without ruining the card! I showed that trick to a friend just the other week. It made her day! Happy stamping! Doris

I love the card too. What do you do with the Dental Floss?
