Place Holder DIVA Gifts Weekend Project

When I saw this photo on my desktop in thumbnail size it looked like a cake with candles!!! LOL

These are Place Holders that I altered.  I had gotten them at my local craft store and for a dollar you can't go wrong!!  These were intended for photos, which is kind of cool too!  There is a clear tab you pull on and you can stick your photo to it and slip it back in.  I decided to make these as DIVA gifts.  When we are stamping we're always asking "who made this card" and now we don't have to ask.  Well, unless they forget to bring them with at each meeting!!!

To make the names I printed them out on 28# copier paper and punched them out with the small square punch.  Then I cut out pieces of "Springtime Vintage" decorative paper and taped the name to it.  I taped it in place on the clear plastic tab and slid the name inside the cube.

Then I punched out little flowers and little yellow dots for the center of the flowers. I put them together and attached them to the corner of the block with a small glue dot.

They were a big hit and a very useful item too!!!

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
