WOW! Super Easy! Super Fast Card!

I can not even begin to tell you how quick it was to make this card. Decorative paper saves you some time but this whole layout makes a quick, pretty and simple card. I tend to get stuck in a rut with layouts and after a while it seems (to me) that all my cards start looking alike. I LOVE to find new layouts and you can't beat it when they turn out to be a quick card too!! I'm going to have to play with this layout a bit more.

OOPS, I forgot to tell how I made it. I cut the card stock in half on the 8 1/2" long side. I folded it in half and there are two ways you can do this front. You can either fold the front piece in half, folding it toward the first fold so you have a raw edge on top of the first fold of this card. Or (as I did) you can cut the front half of the card off. I find it's less bulky and I don't have to tie the ribbon all the way around the card, just around the piece I'm adding on top of the card. For the top layer, well you're on your own for that one. It all depends on how big the stamp you're going to use is. I measure the wood of my stamp and cut my card stock accordingly. Cut the layer behind it 1/4" larger all around. I have made another using this style and will post it on Friday.

Thank you for checking in!
