The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Cajun Craze card stock. It opens on the bottom and the fold was on top. I taped a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic White card stock to the inside.
On the front I cut a 4" x 5/4" piece of Designer Series paper from the "Sunflower Fields" 12" x 12" package. I taped it to the front of the card base.
Next I cut a piece of Cajun Craze that measured 3" x 4". A 2-3/4" x 3-3/4" piece of DSP from the same package was cut and taped to the Cajun Craze layer. I taped the layers to the front of the card about 3/4" from the left edge of the card and I lined it up along the top and bottom edges of the large piece of DSP.
The words are from the "Scalloped Wishes" bundle and were stamped using Basic Black ink. I cut it out using the third largest circle die in the "Stylish Shapes" set. And the layer behind it was cut using Cajun Craze card stock and the second largest circle die in the same set. I taped the two circles together and added Dimensionals to the back.
The cute sunflower was made next. I die cut the flower from the "Radiant Sunflowers" bundle using Crushed Curry card stock. The leaves were cut using Old Olive card stock and the center of the flower was cut using Cajun Craze card stock. I taped the Cajun Craze flower center in place. Before taping the flower to the stem, I cut the top leaf off. The piece was then taped to the white circle.
I removed the backing from the Dimensionals and set the circle in place about 1/2" from the right edge and about 7/8" from the bottom edge of the card and the card was done.
This was a very quick and easy card to make. I can't wait to get it out in the mail to a friend.

Sunflowers are always a day brightener. I especially love when I see an entire field of them, all turned toward the sun. You've certainly brightened my day with this sweet card!

And given that you make a card every day, I can certainly understand why you don't get around to journaling—though I highly recommend it, as it’s so much fun to look back through later. You can also use your own dies alongside a basic set, and of course, you don't always have to include photos. But then again, I’m sure you’re never bored with all your hobbies; you probably run out of time as it is.

Oh I think I like the design of this card even more, great use of the papers and like the pretty flower in the circle!
