Harvest Hellos, Thanksgiving Card, 2019 Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog

I LOVE using this layout but I really hate making it.  I get confused with the layout in the upper corner and I mess up my paper every time.  I even used copier paper to make a sample and I still got it wrong. UGH. But I stuck with it and this is what I ended up with.

The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Pumpkin Pie card stock.  On top of that is a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Mossy Meadow gingham Designer Series Paper (DSP) from the Neutrals 6" x 6" pack. I used it on yesterday's card and I didn't put the packs away so that is part of the reason I was using it again!  I taped the DSP in place.

Then I made the pumpkin. I stamped the image from the "Harvest Hello" on Pumpkin Pie card stock.  I stamped a leaf using Mossy Meadow ink on Mossy Meadow card stock.  And the stem was stamped using Early Espresso ink on Soft Suede card stock.  I glued the stem and the leaf to the pumpkin.  I set them aside to dry.

Meanwhile I die cut a Whisper White stitched circle.  It was the second largest circle.  And the Scalloped circle was cut from a scrap piece of Pumpkin Pie card stock.  I taped those two layers together.

The words are from the "Harvest Hellos" set. I stamped them using Mossy Meadow ink.

I added Dimensionals to the pumpkin and I set it in place on the Whisper White circle.  I added Dimensionals to the back of the circle layers.  I set them in place on the card and that was it.

I can't say I won't make another one. I probably will.  I'll probably mess it up and I probably won't give up!  I just love this look.  I made one last month.  You can see it by clicking here.  I should have saved the template.  I'm not saving this template because I don't like it as much as I like the other one.

Thank you for stopping by today,
Wanda
