I needed to quick whip up a birthday card and trust me, this card was super quick. I LOVE the "Blooming with Hope" set and I thought I would go with a darker color for fall. I used the Blackberry Bliss and Lost Lagoon in colors. I don't often use the in colors enough either.
I punched out a scalloped circle using Blackberry Bliss card stock and the 1-3/8" circle using Lost Lagoon card stock.
I used Whisper White card stock for the base of the card and then I layered a piece of Blackberry Bliss. I wish I would have added a thin layer of Lost Lagoon. I don't think the splatter from "Gorgeous Grunge" and the circle under the words was enough Lost Lagoon.
But all in all it was a fun card to made and a very quick one too!
