Teeny Tiny Wishes Valentine's Day Card

Once again I found myself on Pinterest!!!  Does that surprise you?  I do spend a lot of time on there (not on purpose, it just ends up that way).  I ran across a pretty anniversary card and I thought I would convert it into a Valentine's Day card and this is what I came up with.  You can see the original here, it's from Linda's Stampin' Loft.

It's a very easy card to make.  The embossed hearts are from the "Adorning Accents" folder.  I just trimmed the card stock to fit the top and bottom of the folder and then I cut the sides.  The piece measures 3-3/4" x 1-1/4".  I added a 1/8" larger piece of Real Red card stock behind that.  I had added the ribbon before I affixed the hearts to the layer.

The larger background layer measures 3-5/8" x 2-5/8" and the Real Red layer behind it measures 1/8" larger.

The Modern Label punch was used to layer the words that were stamped using the "Teeny Tiny Wishes" set and the Word Window punch.

The hearts were made using the "Fashionable Hearts Embosslit. I've used that embosslit a lot! Hearts are not just for Valentine's Day!!

This was a fun card to make too!

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
