Flower Shop Birthday Card

And you guessed it again. I'm still playing with the "Flower Shop" stamp set.  And of course the "Simply Sketched" set for the happy birthday words.

I love the new in colors.  They are so soft and subtle looking. Great for flowers but I don't know how much I will be using them come fall.  Maybe the Crisp Cantaloupe, and the Baked Brown Sugar.  But for now, it's summer and I'm going to play with these colors.

I stamped my flowers using Crisp Cantaloupe, Strawberry Slush and Pistachio Pudding.  Three of the flowers I punched out.

The words were done in Strawberry Slush.  The base of the card is Whisper White with a layer of Pistachio Pudding.  I added Dimensionals to the word panel and to a couple of the petals on the top and bottom flower in the cluster of flowers.  The centers of all the visible flowers have a pearl added to them.  Oh and the background was textured with the polka dot embossing folder.

I found this card extremely simple and quick to do.  I think it would be a great Stamp A Stack card.  It's got a little bit of stuff to do it it but it's all easy and quick.

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
